Join our client's team in Lisbon as a Customer Service Representative, providing essential support to customers in German and English. This on-site role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer support in German and English across various channels
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely service delivery
• Work within a dynamic, fast-paced customer service environment

Work Schedule:
Rotative shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00, with 2 rotative days off. Future shifts may extend to 24/7, Monday to Sunday, subject to client confirmation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Gross salary: €1,100/month (paid over 14 months)
• Attendance bonus: €100, provided per 11 months
• Relocation support provided
• Accommodation from day 1 (280€ deducted from the salary) - studio for a single person close to the office with all utilities included
