About the Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality customer support in German, helping customers resolve their inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll work in a collaborative international environment where communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction are key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality and performance targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native German (at least C1 preferred).
• Fluent English
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Monthly Salary: €1,500 x14 month
• Performance Bonus of up to 20% of the gross monthly salary, based on target achievement.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday.
• Occasional weekend shifts based on business needs.
• Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00.
